You can consult the subaccount information, as well as manage all changes made.
You can also configure the subaccount by impersonating the account. This feature is useful for you to activate subaccount integrations, add products and offers, and configure the guru checkout.
Additionally, it is possible to unlink a subaccount, and by performing this action, the unlinked subaccount will no longer have the benefits of the main account and will return to the trial plan.
What happens to the subaccount after unlinking from the main account?
When unlinked, the subaccount will keep all its configurations made while it was linked to the main account, but will return to the Trial plan.
it is important to pay attention to active subscriptions and integrations, as these may stop working when returning to the trial plan. In case of doubts, contact the support team via the platform's chat.
Although the configurations are preserved, access to exclusive features of the paid plan (which were inherited from the main account) will be interrupted when returning to Trial status.
