Accounts and Users

Subaccounts

The subaccounts, within a main account, are essentially internal divisions or subdivisions created to manage resources under the same umbrella as the account administrator.

How It Works

In Guru, the account administrator can create a root subaccount or add an existing account. When adding accounts, the credits of the main account will be shared among the subaccounts, and the plan of the subaccounts will be the same as the administrator's current plan.

Once subaccounts are created and/or linked, their users can access the available resources. The main account administrator and subaccount administrators have permission to manage access - such as adding new users and tracking detailed information for each subaccount.

This information includes active integrations, credits used, and the list of users added to the specific subaccount.

Important: Subaccounts and multiple users are not the same thing. Multiples Users are members of your team with individual access to your single account main and subaccounts are (child accounts) linked to your main administrator account.
