Sending Custom Data to ActiveCampaign

Use field mapping to send custom sales data and optional contact data to contact records (subscribers) in ActiveCampaign in order to improve your marketing automation.

You can use this feature to send the product name, payment slip URL, barcode line, and other sales and contact details to customize your slip recovery sequence, for example.

You need to create a custom field or use the fields already mapped in ActiveCampaign, and then enter the field name on Guru's side.

On this page:

  • Map the sales/subscription field to a contact field in ActiveCampaign

  • Consult the list of Mapped Fields

  • Update Field Mapping

  • Delete Field Mapping

  • Consult Audit
