ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is an all-in-one marketing platform. Through it, you can create sales funnels, send email marketing, build websites, and send automated WhatsApp messages to your customers.

The integration between Guru and ActiveCampaign helps you to:

  • Segment your contacts according to the sales status;

  • Store buyer and sale data.

Based on an active status mapping, Guru will automatically send the contact's name and email for each sale to ActiveCampaign. If you want to send additional contact or sale data, you will need to set up a custom fields mapping.

To send data to ActiveCampaign, you must configure settings on both the Guru side and the ActiveCampaign side.

Integration and Setup

To activate the integration, you need to generate credentials in ActiveCampaign, enter them in Guru, and then configure the sales status mappings and field mappings for sending custom data (optional).

You activate the integration with ActiveCampaign in the section Settings » Integrations » Autoresponders » ActiveCampaign.

Once the integration is active and configured on both sides, Guru sends the buyer's data with an associated tag according to the sale status, along with custom data defined in the field mapping.
