Kartra

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing platform. Through it, it is possible to build sales funnels, send email marketing, create websites, and send automated WhatsApp messages to your customers.

The integration between Guru and Kartra helps you to:

  • Segment your contacts based on sale status;

  • Store buyer and sale data.

From an active status mapping, Guru will automatically send the contact's name and email for each sale to Kartra. If you want to send additional contact or sale data, you will need to set up custom field mapping.

To track data to Kartra, you must perform configurations on the Guru side and on the Kartra. side.

Integration and Configuration

To activate the integration, you need to generate credentials in Kartra, enter them into Guru, and then configure the sale status mappings and field mappings to send custom data (optional).

You activate the integration with Kartra in the section Settings » Integrations » Autoresponders » Kartra.

Once the integration is active and configured on both sides, Guru sends the buyer data with an associated tag according to the sale status; and custom data defined in the field mapping.

Kartra offers a complete marketing and sales platform, integrating checkout, email automation, page builder, members area, and helpdesk.

If you need technical or operational assistance directly from the platform, use the official channels below:

  • Ticket Support (service): visit the Submit a Ticket area on the official support portal to send a detailed request - ideal for technical issues requiring log analysis or account configuration;

  • Chat (real-time service): available at specific times from Monday to Friday - click the chat icon on the support portal for quick resolutions;

  • Help Center (documentation): explore the kartra knowledge base to search detailed articles, configuration guides, and explanatory videos organized by category; and

  • Kartra Academy and Training: access guided tutorials and training webinars to learn how to master the platform's automation tools and strategies.
