Integration

Activate Infobip Integration

By integrating your Infobip account, you can pass leads captured by Guru, buyer data, and sale data to segment your contacts in Infobip, engaging with them in a personalized way while monitoring conversions and revenue.

To activate the integration, you need to validate your Infobip account in Guru, then define the rules for contact segmentation, and map additional sale or subscription fields.

On this page:

  • Step 1: Obtain Base URL

  • Step 2: Activate the integration

  • What to do next

Before starting, you need to:

  • Have an account with Infobip.

  • Be an admin user or have permission to perform the following actions.

Step 1: Obtain Base URL

In this step, you will obtain the Base URL to activate your Infobip integration.

Steps:

1 - Log in to your Infobip account with your username and password.

2 - Click on Infobip.

3 - Copy and store the Base URL.

Step 2: Activate Integration

In this step, you will connect your Infobip account in Guru.

The key/API Token will not be available after saving the integration. If you change the API key, it will not be valid, and you will need to return to the Infobip environment to obtain the key.

This change will bring greater security to your account, making it impossible to view integration data.

Steps:

1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.

2 - In the side menu, access Settings > Integrations > Autoresponders > Infobip.

  2. Password: the password of your Infobip account;

  3. URL: obtained in step 1 - item 3;

  4. Active: switch the button to the on position.

What to do next

Once the integration with Infobip is active, you must configure the rules for contact segmentation in Infobip and map any additional fields you want (optional step).

This configuration is done through:

1 - Mapping Sales Status to Infobip;

2 - Sending Custom Data to Infobip.
