Overview of P.P.C.T. Leads performance

The overview of Leads P.P.C.T. performance helps you track, analyze, and optimize lead performance. This tool not only facilitates the management of lead capture and conversion but also offers meticulous control over the entire process.

In the Detail, you can view and manage crucial information about each P.P.C.T., from its disclosure and destination URLs to the associated product, traffic source, group, and responsible user. This data provides precise control over each tracking, making it possible to hide or activate specific P.P.C.T.s.

In the Audit, you access the complete traceability history, ensuring the integrity of your data and the security of your operations.

Detail

In the Detail, you can view all P.P.C.T. information, such as disclosure URL, name, friendly URL, product, destination URL, source, group, and user.

Steps:

1 - Select the Leads P.P.C.T. list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Detail, the list displays the following information:

  1. Share URL: tracking disclosure URL;

  2. Name: name that identifies the tracking;

  3. Friendly URL: P.P.C.T. URL;

  4. Product: the product that identifies the tracking;

  5. Destination URL: P.P.C.T. destination URL;

  6. Source: P.P.C.T. traffic source location;

  7. Group: the group of trackings to which you want to associate the tracking (optional);

  8. User: name of the P.P.C.T. owner user;

  9. Hidden: when activated, hides the P.P.C.T. from the list - the disclosure URL will remain active;

  10. Active: move the button to the Active position to activate tracking.

Audit

As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed in the integration, identifying the user, date/time of the operation, and other details.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Leads list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Audit tab.

3 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).

3 - If desired, you can view the activity details by clicking on its title.

5 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:

Detail

Displays detailed information about the activity in question.

  1. ID: identification number (ID) of the update;

  2. Type of change made;

  3. Created at: date of activity registration.

User

Displays information about the user who performed the action.

  1. Name: name of the user who performed the operation;

  2. Email: email of the user who performed the operation.

Infrastructure

Displays infrastructure information (country, IP, user agent…) related to the activity.

  1. Country, Region, City, Latitude & Longitude: location of the device that performed the activity.

  2. IP: ip address of the device.

  3. User Agent: identification of the user agent that performed the operation.

How to filter the Audit list

You can use filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.

By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period field.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Leads list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Audit.

3 - In Audit, click on Filters.

4 - Fill in one or more filter options:

  1. Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time range buttons or select the date you want to view.

5 - Click on Filter.

You can view the number of applied filters, and when using them, it will be possible to clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of the selection.
