In the Forms Funnel section within the Lead P.P.C.T., you monitor the number of clicks, captured leads, and new leads generated over a specific period.
Additionally, you have access to key cost indicators, such as the total campaign cost, cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), and cost per new lead (New CPL), providing the necessary metrics for efficient financial management of your campaigns.
In Statistics, you have a consolidated view of the main performance indicators related to your Lead P.P.C.T.s, and information such as total clicks, total leads, and total new leads, which indicate traffic volume and effectiveness in capturing new contacts.
And with UTMs, you can view specific tracking data if you have used these tags in your links. This includes detailed information on clicks, leads, new leads, cost, CPL, and CPC for each UTM parameter, allowing for the identification of the exact origin and performance of each campaign.

Forms Funnel
In the Forms Funnel section, you will see the number of clicks, leads captured in the period, and new leads. Additionally, you can observe the main indicators, such as:
Steps:
1 - Select the Lead P.P.C.T. list - a screen with the data will be displayed.
2 - In Forms Funnel, the list displays the following information:

Cost: displays the total campaign cost for the period;

CPC1: displays the average cost per click for leads tracked in the period;

CPL2: displays the average cost to generate each lead in the period;
-
New CPL: displays the new costs generated per lead in the period.
(1) Cpc is calculated by dividing the total campaign cost by the number of clicks it generated.
(2) To calculate the total cost per lead (CPL), you need to sum all direct and indirect costs and divide by the total number of leads captured in a given period.
Filter Lead P.P.C.T. Forms Funnel
You can filter the Forms Funnel data.
By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period.field.
Steps:
1 - Select the Lead P.P.C.T. list - a screen with the data will be displayed.
2 - In Forms Funnel, click on Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options:

Period: searches for sales with start and end dates - if desired, use the predefined time range buttons;

UTM Campaign: searches by the value of the UTM Campaign parameter passed in the P.P.C.T. link;

UTM Medium: searches by the value of the UTM Medium parameter passed in the P.P.C.T. link;

UTM Term: searches by the value of the UTM Term parameter passed in the P.P.C.T. link;
-
UTM Content: searches by the value of the UTM Content parameter passed in the P.P.C.T. link.
4 - Click on Filter.
To remove the applied filters, just click on Clear Filters.
Manage Lead P.P.C.T. Forms Funnel filters
You can check the number of applied filters when using filters to view desired information. This feature is useful if you want to check how many filters have been applied.
Additionally, it is possible to clear the filters without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of applied filters.
Consult applied filters
You can check the number of applied filters.
Steps:
1 - Select the Lead P.P.C.T. list - a screen with the data will be displayed.
2 - In Forms Funnel, click on Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.
4 - Then, the number of applied filters will appear on the screen.
If you want to apply other filters, click Filter Lead P.P.C.T. Forms Funnel.
Clear applied filters
You can remove the applied filters without needing to click the filters icon.
Steps:
1 - Select the Lead P.P.C.T. list - a screen with the data will be displayed.
2 - In Forms Funnel, click on Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.
4 – Then, click on Clean Filters.
If you want to apply other filters, click Filter Lead P.P.C.T. Forms Funnel.
Stats
In the Stats section, you have a consolidated view of the main performance indicators related to your Lead P.P.C.T.s.
Steps:
1 - Select the Lead P.P.C.T. list - a screen with the data will be displayed.
2 - In Statistics, the list displays the following information:

Total Clicks: displays the total number of clicks by leads tracked in the period - indicates traffic volume;

Total Leads: displays the total value of all leads tracked in the period;

Total New Leads: displays the total number of new leads tracked and whose acquisition was completed in the period;

Conversion Rate: displays the conversion rate of tracked and completed sales in the period.
UTMs
In the UTMs section, you can view the tracking information if you have used UTMs in the tracking link. This feature is useful for finding specific P.P.C.T.s you want to view.
Steps:
1 - Select the Lead P.P.C.T. list - a screen with the data will be displayed.
2 - In UTMs, the list displays the following information:

UTMs: displays the value of the UTM parameter inserted in the URL - identifies where the traffic came from;

Clicks: displays the number of clicks for leads tracked in the period;

Leads: displays the quantity of leads tracked for the period;
-
New Leads: displays the total number of new leads tracked in the period;

Cost: displays the total campaign cost associated with the UTM for the period;

CPL1: displays the average cost to generate each lead in the period;
-
New CPL: displays the new costs generated per lead in the period.

CPC2: displays the average cost per click for leads tracked in the period.
