Tracking UTMs

Create UTM combinations using utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_medium and utm_term to group tracking results. With each new UTM combination, Guru automatically generates a "child tracking" allowing to account for the results grouped by:

  • Ad accounts, ad sets and creatives on the ad platform (Facebook, Taboola and others); or

  • Email 1, email 2, email 3 and so on in the same relationship sequence; or

  • Articles, blog menu or source ebook; or

  • Any other type of grouping you wish to perform.

To use Tracking UTMs, follow the steps below:

1 - Choose and copy a tracking directive below to your computer:

Standard with Fixed Values

Dynamic (exclusive for Google Ads)

2 - If you choose to use the "Standard with Fixed Values" directive, replace the parameters "{valor01}", "{valor02}", "{valor03}" and "{valor04}" with the desired values. Example:

3 - Include the directive in the desired traffic source (see the respective step-by-step above).
