Find Tracking Groups

You can locate tracking groups that are automatically registered in Guru in the P.P.C.T. section.

To find tracking groups in a list with many records, you can search and filter the list.

Consult list of Tracking Groups

By default, the list is displayed in alphabetical order (A to Z), by product name. For faster page loading, only the first 30 records are displayed. If you want to view the other items in the list, you can scroll to the end of the page and click on View more at the bottom center of the screen.

Steps:

1 - In the side menu, access P.P.C.T., and then click on Groups.

2 - The list displays the following information:

1. Name: name that identifies the tracking group;

2. Product: product that identifies the tracking group;

3. Owner: owner of the tracking group;

4. Trackings Qty: number of trackings created per tracking group - whether Sales, Checkouts, Leads or Capture;

5. Traffic Splitting Qty: number of clicks and/or conversions of A/B tests created from Sales, Checkouts, Leads or Capture trackings in the tracking group;

6. Duplicate: creates a copy of the tracking group with a new name and user.

View data of Tracking Groups

You can view¹ all Tracking Group information or update¹ the P.P.C.T. data.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of Tracking Groups - if desired, you can apply a filter.

2 - Locate the desired P.P.C.T. Group in the list.

3 - Click on the desired P.P.C.T. Group.

4 - Consult the Tracking Group information.

Filter list of Tracking Groups

You can use filters to view a smaller subset of existing tracking groups. This feature is useful for finding specific P.P.C.T. Groups you want to view.

Steps:

1 - In the side menu, access P.P.C.T., and then click on Groups. After the page loads, a list with all P.P.C.T.s will be displayed.

2 - In P.P.C.T. Groups, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options:

1. Name: searches for tracking groups that have the informed name or parts of the name;

2. Products: searches for the product that identifies the tracking group;

3. Owner: searches for the owner of the tracking group.

4 - Click on Filter.
