By integrating your MailingBoss account, you can pass leads captured by Guru, buyer data, and sale data in order to segment your contacts in MailingBoss, engaging in a personalized way while monitoring conversions and revenue.
To enable the integration, you need to obtain your API key in your MailingBoss account, then set the rules for contact segmentation, and map additional sale or subscription fields.

Before you begin, you need to:

Have an account on MailingBoss.

Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.
Step 1: Obtain API Key
In this step, you will obtain the API Key in your MailingBoss account.
Steps:
1 - Access your MailingBoss account with your username and password.
2 - In the top menu, click on Tools, and then on MailingBoss.
3 - In the side menu, click on Integrations.
4 - Copy and store the Integration Key.
Step 2: Activate the integration
In this step, you will activate the MailingBoss integration in Guru.
The API key/Token will not be available after saving the integration. If you change the API key, it will no longer be valid, requiring you to return to the MailingBoss environment to obtain the key.
This change will bring greater security to your account, as it will not be possible to view the integration data.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, access Settings > Integrations > Autoresponders > MailingBoss.
3 - On the Detail tab, enter:

API Key: API key obtained in step 1 - item 4;

Active: toggle the button to the on position.
4 - Click Send.
To confirm that the integration is active, you should see a notice in the upper right corner.
What to do next
Once the integration with MailingBoss is active, you must configure the rules for segmenting contacts in MailingBoss; and map any additional fields you want (optional step).
