Activate Integration with Greenn Sales (formerly GDigital)

By integrating your Greenn Sales account, you can pass leads captured by Guru, buyer data, and sale data in order to segment your contacts in Greenn Sales, to engage in a personalized way while monitoring conversions and revenue.

To activate the integration, you need to obtain your credentials in your Greenn Sales account, then define the rules for contact segmentation, and map additional fields from the sale or subscription.

Before you begin, you need to:

  • Have a Greenn Sales account.

  • Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.

Step 1: Get website URL

In this step, you will get the website URL from your Greenn Sales account.

Steps:

1 - Log in to your Greenn Sales account with your username and password.

2 - In your browser's URL tab, copy and store your URL up to.br.

Example: meulink.gpages.com.br

Step 2: Get Token and ID

In this step, you will get the Token and ID from your Greenn Sales account.

Steps:

1 - Log in to your Greenn Sales account with your username and password.

2 - Under My Profile, click on My Data.

3 - Under System Token, copy and store the Token and ID.

Step 3: Activate integration with Greenn Sales

In this step, you will enter the credentials obtained from Greenn Sales into Guru.

The API key/Token will not be available after saving the integration. If you change the API key, it will no longer be valid, requiring you to return to the Greenn Sales environment to obtain the key.

This change will provide greater security for your account, making it impossible to view integration data.

Steps:

1 - Access Guru admin with your username and password.

2 - In the side menu, access Settings > Integrations > Autoresponders > Greenn Sales.

3 - On the Detail tab, enter:

  1. Website URL: your website URL - obtained in step 1, item 2;

  2. ID: your ID - obtained in step 2, item 3;

  3. Token: your Token - obtained in step 2, item 3;

  4. Active: toggle the button to the on position.

4 - Click on Send.

To confirm that the integration is active, you should see a notification in the top right corner.

What to do next

Once the integration with Greenn Sales is active, you must configure the rules for contact segmentation in Greenn Sales; and map any additional fields you wish (optional step).

This configuration is done through:

1 - Mapping Sales Status to Greenn Sales;

2 - Sending Custom Data to Greenn Sales.
