Checkouts P.P.C.T. Information

The P.P.C.T. Checkouts information section displays details such as the created P.P.C.T. detail; statistics with information on clicks, sales, leads, among other information.

Detail

In the Detail section, you can view all P.P.C.T. information, such as disclosure URL, name, friendly URL, product, destination URL, field, origin, group, and user.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Detail, the list displays the following information:

  1. Disclosure URL: tracking disclosure URL;

  2. Name: name that identifies the tracking;

  3. Friendly URL: P.P.C.T. URL;

  4. Product: the product that identifies the tracking;

  5. Destination URL: P.P.C.T. destination URL;

  6. Fields: P.P.C.T. field;

  7. Group: the group of trackings to which you want to associate the tracking (optional);

  8. User: name of the user who owns the P.P.C.T.;

  9. Hidden: when activated, hides the P.P.C.T. from the list - the disclosure URL will remain active;

  10. Active: move the button to the Active position to activate tracking.

Statistics

In the Stats section, you can view checkout tracking information. In addition, you can use the filter to view a smaller subset of existing P.P.C.T.s. This feature is useful for finding specific P.P.C.T.s you want to view.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Stats, the list displays the following information:

  1. Clicks: displays clicks from tracked sales during the period;

  2. Sales: displays the total value of sales tracked during the period;

  3. Valid Sales: displays valid sales tracked and completed during the period;

  4. Conversion Rate: displays the conversion rate of sales tracked and completed during the period.

Filter P.P.C.T. Checkouts Statistics data

You can filter data using P.P.C.T. checkouts statistics.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Statistics, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options:

  1. Period: searches for trackings with start and end dates (the tracking verified field corresponds to the option selected in Created on) - if desired, use the predefined time range buttons.

4 - Click on Filter.


Sales

In the Sales section, you can view all P.P.C.T. checkouts information. In addition, you can use the filter to view a smaller subset of existing P.P.C.T.s. This feature is useful for finding specific P.P.C.T.s you want to view.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Sales, the list displays the following information:

  1. Status: displays the sale's current status - one of the possible sale statuses will be displayed;

  2. Code: sale identification number - hover over the code to consult the associated payment processor;

  3. Contact: contact name (buyer);

  4. Product: name of the product linked to the order (sale);

  5. Ordered At: date the sale was made;

  6. Value: sale value charged to the buyer;

  7. Tracking Source: when the locator icon is displayed, it indicates that the sale is associated with a tracking created in Guru (P.P.C.T.) - click on the sale to view tracking details;

  8. Payment method: icon indicating the payment method used by the buyer - hover over the icon to view the description.

Filter P.P.C.T. Checkouts sales

You can filter P.P.C.T. sales data.

By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period field.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Sales, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options:

  1. Period: searches for sales with start and end dates - if desired, use the predefined time range buttons;

  2. Status: searches by the current status of the P.P.C.T. checkouts - one of the possible sale statuses will be displayed; - if you want to filter all sales regardless of status, just select all.

4 - Click on Filter.

To remove the applied filters, just click on Clear Filters.

Manage P.P.C.T. Checkouts sales filters

You can check the number of applied filters when using filters to view desired information. This feature is useful if you want to check how many filters have been applied.

In addition, it is possible to clear the filters without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of applied filters.

Consult applied filters

You can check the number of applied filters.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Sales, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.

4 – Then, the number of applied filters will appear on the screen.

If you want to apply other filters, click Filter P.P.C.T. Checkouts sales.

Clean applied filters

You can remove the applied filters without needing to click on the filters icon.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Sales, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.

4 – Then, click on Clean Filters

If you want to apply other filters, click Filter P.P.C.T. Checkouts sales.


Leads

In the Leads section, you can view lead information such as email and lead creation date. This feature is useful for finding leads captured in tracking.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Leads, the list displays the following information:

  1. Email: email of the lead found in tracking;

  2. Created at: date the lead was created.

Daily Clicks

In the Daily Clicks section, you can consult the daily summary of trackings. This feature is useful for detailing daily clicks of checkout tracking.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Daily Clicks, the list displays the following information:

  1. Date: displays the date the click was tracked;

  2. Checkout: displays the number of checkouts for the tracking.

Audit

As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed in the integration, identifying user, date/time of operation, and other details.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Audit tab.

3 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).

3 - If desired, you can view the activity details by clicking on its title.

4 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:

Detail

Displays detailed information about the activity in question.

  1. ID: identification number (ID) of the update;

  2. Type of change made;

  3. Created on: activity registration date.

User

Displays information about the user who performed the action.

  1. Name: name of the user who performed the operation;

  2. Email: email of the user who performed the operation.

Infrastructure

Displays infrastructure information (country, IP, user agent…) related to the activity.

  1. Country, Region, City, Latitude & Longitude: location of the device that performed the activity.

  2. IP: device IP address.

  3. User Agent: identification of the user agent that performed the operation.

How to filter the Audit list

You can use the filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.

By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period field.

Steps:

1 - Select the P.P.C.T. Checkouts list - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Audit.tab.

3 - In Audit, click on Filters.

4 - Fill in one or more filter options:

  1. Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time range buttons or select the date you want to view.

5 - Click on Filter.

You can view the number of applied filters, and by using them, you can clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, making it easier to remove the selection.
