A sale can assume different statuses over time depending on the occurrence of specific events, such as payment confirmation, refund processing, among others.
Each item in the “Sales” section displays an icon that helps track the payment status of the sale.

Possible Sale Statuses
Each sale registered in Guru has one of the following statuses:

The payment process was initiated by the customer, but the payment was not completed. Also known as “Cart Abandonment”. |
Applies to payments initiated in Checkout Guru1 when at least name, phone number, document, and email are filled in and the transaction was not completed. Important: after 15 minutes, the checkout expires and no longer allows editing. Also applies to sales received via external checkouts2 with a status corresponding to cart abandonment. (1) An abandoned sale in Checkout Guru may take up to 30 minutes to be displayed in the sales list.
(2) Only some external checkouts send abandoned sales to Guru - confirm if the one you use performs this sending.

Awaiting payment. Means payment is pending or has not yet been confirmed. |
Applies to sales with offline payment methods or other options that require subsequent confirmation. |

The subscription payment charge is scheduled. (*) Scheduling is done 3 days before the charge.

Applies to sales related to subscription renewals managed by Guru. |

The purchase payment has been confirmed. Ex: card approved or bank slip cleared. |

Payment was not settled by the due date. |
Applies to sales made on Hotmart (subscription services) and Upnid. |

Paym was not completed due to some problem or impediment. Ex: the transaction was not approved by the credit card. |

The warranty period for the sale with approved payment has ended (period for the customer to request a refund). |
Applies only to sales originating from external checkouts. |

The payment process was carried out by the customer, but the payment is still under analysis. Ex: anti-fraud validation on the credit card. |

In the process of sales recovery (done automatically after cart abandonment). |
Applies to sales made on Eduzz and Yapay. |

Payment was disputed by the buyer with the credit card (chargeback) and the sale is subject to refund. |
Applies only for status update on Guru's side. |

The sale amount has been refunded to the customer. |

Sale was claimed by the credit card owner or buyer, and/or Partial refund transaction requested at the Payment Gateway. Subject to refund. |
Applies only to sales originating from external checkouts. Applies to partial refund requests for future installments that have not yet been charged. |

The purchase was not completed due to some problem or impediment. Ex: credit card not approved. |
