A proforma invoice is generated when a customer completes a payment using Guru Checkout. From this moment, it can assume one of the states below.
The state (or status) of the invoice is influenced by the selected payment method, subscription rules, recurrence settings, and the result of the last charge made.
it is important to note that invoices generated by Guru are informative documents and do not have tax validity.
For the issuance of valid tax invoices, it is necessary to activate an integration in the Billing category. The issuance of the tax invoice through an integrated billing tool depends on the defined settings.

The payment was not settled by the due date - it means the payment expired.
|
Invoices that did not transition to status approved within the period - will be considered overdue sales. To the printed boleto and awaiting payment. |

The invoice is paid and up to date - transaction approved. |
Invoices where the most recent charge had payment confirmed, regardless of the configured payment method. |

|
Payment is pending. The system is awaiting payment confirmation to activate the subscription.

The 1st charge of a subscription with an offline payment method (e.g., bank slip). |

|
The payment of the last invoice was canceled - this means the transaction expires, if it is the first cycle or the maximum number of retries (depends on the configured retries). |
When the subscription is canceled or the invoice status is Ag. Payment - this applies only to the last invoice. |
