The Guru provides a customer portal, a secure self-service area perfect for your customers to manage subscriptions and payment history without needing to contact your support team.
Through this portal, your customers can view, modify, cancel subscriptions, manage payment methods, and also view previous payments and purchases.
How it works
When a customer wants to view subscription data, they access the My Orders portal, available on Guru's homepage. To authenticate, the customer provides the email used when subscribing and receives an access link to the portal. Once authenticated, they can view sales (subscription payments), view the subscription itself, or perform any other operation authorized by you.
If desired, you can integrate the customer portal into your application or platform. This way, your customer can navigate between your system and the customer portal transparently and securely.
