You can consult, view, modify and organize your subscription portfolio in the section Subscriptions in the Guru admin.
In subscription management, it is possible to make modifications such as changing plans, altering payment methods, canceling subscriptions, and also refunding payments, reissuing invoices for overdue subscriptions, among other operations.
Information about the Subscription Engine (Payment Processor)
The subscriber's credit card, payment data, and renewals are always associated with the payment processor account.
If you want to migrate from one payment processor account to another (e.g., from account 1 to account 2), you must contact Guru support to start the migration process.
If the account credentials are changed in Guru, but the migration (of payment data) is not performed on the processor's side, all renewals will fail.
