Use field mapping to send custom sales data and optional contact data to the contact list (subscribers) in Keap to improve your marketing automation.
You can use this feature to send product name, boleto URL, barcode line (typeable line), and other sales and contact data to customize your boleto recovery sequence, for example.
You need to create a custom field or use fields already mapped in Keap, and then enter the field name on the Guru side.

Update Field Mapping
Once created, you can update a field mapping. This feature is useful when you need to change the sending rule for a field in Keap.
When updating the mapping, Guru applies the new access/blocking rule to the field.
Steps:
1 – In the list, locate the desired product and click on it.
2 – Enter:
-
Product: select the product in Guru for which you want to configure mapping rules;
-
Subscription/transaction (sales) field: select the subscription/sale field you want to send to the contact;

Steps:
1 – In the list, locate the desired mapping and click the corresponding Remove button.
2 - Confirm if you want to proceed with the deletion. To confirm that the field was deleted, a message will be displayed for a few seconds in the upper right corner of the page.
From this moment on, it stops sending the removed field to populate the contact in Keap.
Consult Audit

Steps:
1 - In the side menu, access Settings > Integrations > Autoresponders > Keap.
2 - Click on Additional Settings and then on Field Mapping.
3 - Click on the Audit tab.
4 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).
5 - If you wish, you can view the details of the activity by clicking on its title.
6 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:
Consult Audit filters
You can use filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.

Steps:
1 - In the side menu, access Settings > Integrations > Autoresponders > Keap.
2 - Click on Additional Settings and then on Field Mapping.
3 - Click on the Audit tab.
4 - In Audit, click on Filters.
5 - Fill in one or more filter options:
-
Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time range buttons or select the date you want to view;
6 - Click on Filter.
You can view the number of applied filters and, when using them, you will be able to clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, making it easier to remove the selection.
