By integrating your MailerLite account, you can pass leads captured by Guru, buyer and sale data in order to segment your contacts in MailerLite, to interact in a personalized way while monitoring conversions and revenue.
To activate the integration, you need to get your API Token in MailerLite and then set up the rules for contact segmentation and map additional sale or subscription fields.
On this page:
-
Step 1: Obtain API Token

Step 2: Activate the integration
-
What to do next
Before you begin, you need to:
-
Have a MailerLite account.
-
Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.
Step 1: Obtain API Token
In this step, you will obtain the API Token from your MailerLite account.
Steps:
1 - Access your MailerLite account with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, click on Integrations.
3 - Under API, click on Use.
4 - Click on Generate New Token.
5 - Under Create New API Token, enter:
-
Enter token name: the name of the token;
-
Choose IP restrictions: the IP restrictions for account access;
-
Terms of use: the API token requirements.
6 - Click on Create Token.
7 - Copy and store the API Token.
Step 2: Activate Integration with MailerLite
In this step, you will enter the API credentials obtained from MailerLite into Guru.
The API key/Token will not be available after saving the integration. If you change the API key, it will no longer be valid, requiring you to return to the MailerLite environment to get the key.
This change will bring greater security to your account, making it impossible to view integration data.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, access Settings > Integrations > Autoresponders > MailerLite.
3 - In the Details tab, enter:
-
API Key (Token): your API key obtained in step 1 - item 7;
-
Active: toggle the switch to the on position.
4 - Click on Send.
To confirm that the integration is active, you should see a notification in the upper right corner.
What to do next
Once the integration with MailerLite is active, you must configure the rules for contact segmentation in MailerLite and map any additional fields you want (optional step).
This configuration is done through:
1 - Sales Status Mapping to MailerLite;
2 - Sending Custom Data to MailerLite.
