By integrating your Klaviyo account, you can pass along leads captured by Guru, buyer data, and sale data in order to segment your contacts in Klaviyo, engaging with them in a personalized way while monitoring conversions and revenue.
To enable the integration, you need to obtain your API credentials from your Klaviyo account, then define the rules for contact segmentation, and map additional sale or subscription fields.

Before you begin, you need to:

Have a Klaviyo account.

Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.
Step 1: Obtain API Key
In this step, you will obtain the API credentials from your Klaviyo account.
Steps:
1 - Log in to your Klaviyo account with your username and password.
2 - In My Profile, click on Settings.
3 - In Account, click on API Keys.
4 - Click on Create Private API Key.
5 - Next, enter the private API Key Name.
6 - Under select access level, click on Full Access Key.
7 - Click on Create.
8 - Copy and store the API Key.
Step 2: Activate Integration
In this step, you will enter in Guru the API credentials obtained from Klaviyo.
The API Key/Token will no longer be available after saving the integration. If you change the API key, it will not be valid, and you will need to return to the Klaviyo environment to obtain the key.
This change will bring greater security to your account, making it impossible to view integration data.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, access Settings > Integrations > Autoresponders > Klaviyo.
3 - On the Detail tab, enter:

API Key: your API key obtained in step 1 - item 8.

Active: toggle the button to the on position.
4 - Click on Send.
To confirm that the integration is active, you should see a notice in the top right corner.
What to do next
Once the integration with Klaviyo is active, you must configure the rules for contact segmentation in Klaviyo; and map any additional fields you want (optional step).

1 - Mapping Sales Status to Klaviyo;
2 - Sending Custom Data to Klaviyo.
