Dynamic Offer Information

You can consult the information registered in dynamic offers such as the contact's name, email, document, and cell phone number, in addition to the name of the company associated with the offer.

You can also check if the contact fields are locked, what quantity of items is configured for the product, and if the options to change the offer value and change the shipping value are active, and finally, the URL parameter URL.

Before you start, you need to…

  • Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.

  • Have one or more dynamic offers registered in Guru.

Detail

In the Detail section, you can consult the information of Dynamic Offers such as contact name, contact email, contact document, cell phone number, and quantity of items.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of dynamic offers - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - On the Detail tab, you can view the following information:

  1. Change product name to be displayed at checkout: when activated, allows changing the product name to be displayed at checkout;

  2. Product Name: the name of the product in the dynamic offer;

  3. Quantity of items: the quantity of product items for the customer;

  4. Change offer value: when activated, allows changing the offer value;

  5. Change shipping value: when activated, allows changing the shipping value;

  6. Use subscription code: when activated, allows using the subscription code;

  7. Subscription Code: the subscription code;

  8. Contact name: the name of the contact for the dynamic offer;

  9. Contact email: the email of the contact for the dynamic offer;

  10. Contact document: the identification document of the contact for the dynamic offer;

  11. Company name: the name of the company for the dynamic offer;

  12. Cell phone: the phone number of the contact for the dynamic offer;

  13. Lock contact fields: when activated, locks the contact fields;

  14. URL parameter: URL of the parameter of the created dynamic offer - if desired, copy the URL parameter.

Audit

As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed, identifying the user, date/time of the operation, and other details.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of dynamic offers - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on Audit.

3 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).

4 - If desired, you can view the activity detail by clicking on its title.

5 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:

Detail

Displays detailed information about the activity in question.

  1. ID: identification number (ID) of the update;

  2. Type of change performed;

  3. Created on: date of activity registration.

User

Displays information about the user who performed the action.

  1. Name: name of the related user.

  2. Email: email of the related user.

Infrastructure

Displays infrastructure information (country, IP, user agent…) of the related activity.

  1. Country, Region, City, Latitude & Longitude: location of the device that performed the activity.

  2. IP: ip address of the device.

  3. User Agent: identification of the user agent that performed the operation.

How to filter the Audit list

You can use the filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.

By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period field.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of dynamic offers - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Audit tab.

3 - Under Audit, click on Filters.

4 - Fill in one or more filter options:

  1. Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time interval buttons or select the date you want to view;

5 - Click on Filter.

You can view the number of applied filters, and when using them, you will be able to clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, making it easier to remove the selection.
