Sale Identification

In this section, you view the data used to identify and organize P.P.C.T. Sales, facilitating the location of trackings and the analysis of the origin of exported results.

This information allows identifying which tracking was responsible for each conversion, as well as analyzing campaign performance individually or consolidated.

Available data includes:

  1. Name: the name assigned to the sales tracking at the time of P.P.C.T. configuration - used to identify which link generated the conversion;

  2. Group name: the group to which the tracking is associated - tracking groups allow you to categorize your links and organize trackings of different types that belong to the same context, enabling consolidated performance analysis.

In P.P.C.T. Sales management, the use of this data facilitates the application of filters, quick location of specific trackings, and auditing of sales attributed to each link or group.

The tracking groups allow organizing trackings by context, such as campaigns, launches, or specific strategies, enabling consolidated performance analysis and the application of filters in dashboards and reports.

Origin

In this section, you view the data that identifies the payment processor or platform responsible for sales registered and linked to the product configured in Guru.

Available data includes:

  1. Marketplace name: the name of the payment processor associated with the product - allows identifying which gateway completed the sales and comparing performance between different marketplaces;

    1. Marketplace ID: the identification code that links the product to the chosen payment processor - essential to ensure the correct matching of the sale in external integrations, such as APIs, webhooks, and automated flows.

This information allows analyzing sales performance by marketplace and ensuring the correct attribution of sales to the processor involved in each conversion.

Product

With the data in this section, you identify the product associated with the sales tracking, as configured at the time of P.P.C.T. Sales creation.

Available data includes:

  1. Product name: the product selected to associate the tracking - used to identify which offer the registered sales are linked to.

This data allows relating sales to metrics of attempts and valid sales, assisting in the analysis of the commercial performance of each product and the conversion rate per offer. Furthermore, it enables audits and strategic evaluations of sales trackings.

Access the product information to view details of the product associated with the tracking.

URLs

In this section, you view the URLs associated with trackings that resulted in sales, allowing you to identify the links used in campaigns that resulted in conversions registered in Guru.

This data helps confirm the relationship between the sale registered in the report and the P.P.C.T. Sales used in the campaign, as well as verifying if the promoted offer corresponds to the applied tracking.

Available data includes:

  1. Origin URL and/or Disclosure URL*: the link generated by Guru and used in disclosure points, such as ads, buttons, or promotional links - it is composed of the domain (standard or custom) and the friendly URL defined in the tracking configuration;

  2. Destination URL: the page associated with the tracking at the time of conversion, such as a sales page or the checkout responsible for the registered sale.

*The Origin URL field displayed in the exported XLS file of P.P.C.T. Sales refers to the Disclosure URL field in the Guru admin.

The analysis of URLs supports the auditing of attributed sales, allowing to verify if the tracking used in the campaign corresponds to the registered conversion and the promoted offer.
