Sales

When a customer buys something on your website through Checkout Guru or when a subscription is activated or renewed, the order¹ appears in the Sales section in the Guru admin.

Order processing and sales management² are important parts of your company's operation, as several activities must be carried out after the sale, such as issuing the invoice, separating items, packaging, and delivering the product.

Order processing

After registering the order (sale), you will need to prepare it and deliver it to the customer.

In Guru, you can automate some of these activities, such as issuing the invoice, releasing content in the member area, or issuing the shipping label. To do this, simply activate the integration³ with the desired tool and configure your automation rules.

Sales management

After making the sale, your customer may request a refund, data update, or a new payment slip. You can perform these and other operations in the Sales section in the Guru admin.

Customer Portal

Guru also provides a free secure self-service area so that your customers can consult order (sale) information at any time.

In this area, your customer can check the payment status or even obtain payment details for the credit card or other selected payment method.

(1) It is not possible to create a sale manually in Guru; however, you can generate a payment link and send it directly to your customer.

(2) Centralize sales made through external checkouts in Guru. Consult available integrations.

(3) You can also integrate your app or own system via webhook.
