The Product Group information section displays details such as the created group's details, created and existing products, sales generated by each product, auditing, among other information.

How to filter the Audit list

Detail
In the Detail section, you can edit the contact group name information, and activate/deactivate the group for event management (E-tickets).
Steps:
1 - Access the desired product group - the product group registration will be displayed.
2 - Click on Detail.
3 - The list displays the following information:
-
Name: the name of the created group;
-
Custom Domain: the associated custom domain;
-
Group for event management (E-tickets)1: when enabled, activates the group for event management (e-tickets).
4 - If you need to change the group name, you can edit the name in the name field.
5 - Click on Send.
Products
Under the Product icon, a list of all created products, as well as existing products, is displayed.
Consult the list of products within the Product Group
By default, the product list is displayed in alphabetical order (A to Z), by product name. For faster page loading, only the first 30 records are displayed. If you want to view the other items on the list, you can scroll to the end of the page and click on View more at the bottom center of the screen.
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Settings and then to Product Groups.
2 - In the Product Group list, select the created group.
3 - Click on the Products tab.
4 - The list displays the following information:

Name (Guru): the product associated with the group;

Code: the product identification code in Guru;
-
Marketplace: the marketplace associated with the product.
5 - If desired, you can modify the product groups.
Sales
Under the Sales icon, a list of all sales associated with the product group is displayed. You can consult the sales code, product, date the sale was created, sales value, and payment method used.
Consult the list of sales within the Product Group
You can consult the sales of all products associated with a group. By default, the sales list is organized by creation date (newest to oldest), according to the Created on. Column. For faster page loading, only the first records are displayed. If you want to view the other items on the list, you can scroll to the end of the page and click on View more at the bottom center of the screen.
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Settings and then to Product Groups.
2 - In the Product Group list, select the created group.
3 - Click on the Sales tab.
4 - The list displays the following information:

Status: displays the current sale status - one of the possible sale statuses will be displayed;

Code: sale identification number - hover over the code to consult the associated payment processor;

Product: name of the product linked to the order (sale);
-
Created on: date the sale was made;
-
Value: sale value charged to the buyer;
-
Payment method: icon indicating the payment method used by the customer - hover over the icon to view the description.
5 - If desired, you can click on an item in the list and consult the sale information.
Audit
As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed in the offer registration, identifying user, date/time of operation, and other details.
Steps:
1 - Access the desired product group - the product group registration will be displayed.
2 - Click on the Audit tab.
3 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).
4 - If desired, you can view the activity detail by clicking on its title.

How to filter the Audit list
You can use the filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.
By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period field.
Steps:
1 - Access the desired product group - the product group registration will be displayed.
2 - Click on the Audit tab.
3 - Under Audit, click on Filters.
4 - Fill in one or more filter options:

Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time interval buttons or select the date you want to view;
5 - Click on Filter.
You can view the number of applied filters, and when using them, you will be able to clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, making it easier to remove the selection.
