All your registered products are listed1 automatically in the Products section in the Guru admin.
To find products in a list with many records, you can search and filter the list.
1 By default, only products with the “Hidden” option turned off are listed. If you want to view hidden products, use the filter to list those products.

Before you start, you need to…

Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.

Have one or more registered products.
Consult the product list
By default, the product list is displayed in alphabetical order (A to Z), by product name. For faster page loading, only the first 30 records are displayed. If you want to view the other items in the list, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and click View more in the bottom center of the screen.
The list displays the following information:

Name: product name;

Code: product identification code;
-
Marketplace: name of the processor linked to process the payment;

Type: icon indicating whether it is Product (single charge), Subscription (recurring charge) or E-ticket (single charge) - if desired, hover over the icon to view the label.
To view the other product information, you can click on the desired product.
View product data
You can view1 all product information or update1 the product data.
(1) permission is required to perform these actions.
Steps:
1 - Access the product list - if desired, you can apply a filter.
2 - Locate the desired product in the list.
3 - Click on the desired product.
4 - Consult the product information.
How to filter the product list
You can use filters to view a smaller subset of existing products. This feature is useful for finding specific products you want to view, edit, or get checkout links for.
To filter the product list:
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Products. After the page loads, a list with all products will be displayed.
2 - In Products, click on Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options:

Type: displays products that have the “Type” field corresponding to the selected value (Subscription, Product or E-ticket) - if you want to ignore this filter, select the “All” option;

Code: searches for products corresponding to the informed identification code - you can enter only part of the code. Ex.: the first 4 digits;

Name: searches for products that have the informed name or parts of the name;

Marketplace: searches for products linked to the selected marketplace(s);

Producers: searches for products linked to the selected producer(s);

Groups: searches for products linked to the selected product group(s);

Tracking Usage: searches for products that have the “Tracking Usage” option corresponding to the selected value (Yes or No) - if you want to ignore this filter, select the “All” option;

Visibility: displays only products that are visible or hidden in the product list - if you want to ignore this filter, select the “All” option.
If you add more than one filter, only products that meet all conditions will be displayed.
4 - Click on Filter.
To remove the applied filters, simply click on Clean Filters.
Manage product filters
You can check the number of applied filters when using filters to view desired information. This feature is useful if you want to check how many filters have been applied.
In addition, it is possible to clear the filters without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of applied filters.
Consult applied filters
You can check the number of applied filters.
1 - In the side menu, go to Products. After the page loads, a list with all subscriptions will be displayed.
2 - In Products, click on Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.
4 – Then, the number of applied filters will appear on the screen.
If you want to apply other filters, click How to filter the Product list.
Clean applied filters
You can remove the applied filters without needing to click on the filters icon.
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Products. After the page loads, a list with all subscriptions will be displayed.
2 - In Products, click on Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.
4 – Then, click on Clean Filters.
If you want to apply other filters, click How to filter the Product list.
Show hidden products
You can use filters to view hidden products. This feature is useful for displaying products that are no longer marketed and cannot be deleted because they have associated sales.
To filter the product list:
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Products.
2 - In Products, click on Filters.
3 - Select in the option visibility the filter hidden:

Visibility: displays only products that are visible or hidden in the product list - if you want to ignore this filter, select the “All” option.
4 - Click on Filter.
