Reddit Ads

Reddit Ads is Reddit's advertising platform, where you can promote products and services to highly targeted interest-based communities. Through it, you can manage your ads and track your campaigns in real time.

The integration between Guru and Reddit Ads helps you to:

  • Import ad costs;

  • Track the real-time ROI of your campaigns (1).

(1) The ROI calculation requires the use of tracking tags (P.P.C.T.) on ads, landing pages, and purchase buttons. Check the information about tracking P.P.C.T.

To manage your accounts and ads, you must set up configuration on both the Guru side and the Reddit Ads side.

Integration and Configuration

To enable the integration, you need to connect your Reddit Ads account to Guru and then connect an ad account to Guru.

You enable the integration with Reddit Ads in the section Settings » Integrations » Publishers » Reddit Ads.

Once the integration is active and configured, Guru periodically imports costs from connected ad accounts and correlates them with existing P.P.C.T.s whenever possible. If there is a correlation, it updates the ROI of the campaign in question (Sales or Lead P.P.C.T.).

Reddit Ads concentrates its technical and operational support within the Advertiser Help Center and the Reddit Ads Manager.

If you need technical or operational assistance directly from the processor, use the official channels below:

  • Reddit Business Help Center (recommended): visit Get Help with Reddit Ads - to search for articles, solutions for account/billing issues, and open support tickets directly with the Reddit Ads team;

  • Reddit Ads Manager Support: inside your ad account (campaign manager), click on the "?" (Help) icon or the Contact Support; option; and

  • Developer Documentation (Reddit API): visit developers.reddit.com - this is the official channel for integrating conversion APIs (Conversions API), advanced setup of the Reddit Pixel, or handling data integrations.
