To monitor data for Twilio, you must perform configurations on both Guru's side and Twilio.'s side.
Integration and Configuration
To activate the integration, you need to generate credentials in Twilio, enter them in Guru, and then configure the sale status mappings.
You activate the integration with Twilio in the Settings » Integrations » SMS » Twilio.section.
Once the integration is active and configured on both sides, Guru sends the buyer's data with an associated tag according to the sale status.
