FROM an active status mapping, Guru will send automatic messages to SMSEmpresa according to the sale status.
To monitor data for SMSEmpresa, you must perform configurations on Guru's side and on SMSEmpresa.'s side.
Integration and Configuration
To activate the integration, you need to generate credentials at SMSEmpresa, enter them in Guru, and then configure the sale status mappings.
You activate the integration with SMSEmpresa in the Settings » Integrations » SMS » SMSEmpresa.section.
Once the integration is active and configured on both sides, Guru sends the buyer's data with an associated tag, based on the sale status.
