To monitor the data for FacilitaMóvel, you must perform configurations on Guru's side and on FacilitaMóvel's side.
Integration and Configuration
To activate the integration, you need to generate credentials in FacilitaMóvel, enter them in Guru, and then configure the sale status mappings.
You activate the integration with FacilitaMóvel in the section Settings » Integrations » SMS » FacilitaMóvel.
Once the integration is active and configured on both sides, Guru sends the buyer's data with an associated tag, according to the sale status.
