By integrating your EZ4U account, you can automatically trigger messages to your customers according to the sale status.
To activate the integration, you need to obtain your API credentials in your EZ4U account and then define the sale status rules for triggering the messages.

Before you begin, you need to:

Have an EZ4U account.

Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.
Step 1: Obtain API Key
In this step, you will obtain the API credentials in your EZ4U account.
Steps:
1 - Access your EZ4U account with your username and password.
2 - In the top menu, click on My Profile, and then on Technical Documentation.
3 - Copy and store the API Key.
Step 2: Activate Integration with EZ4U
In this step, you will enter the API credentials obtained from EZ4U into Guru.
The API key/Token will not be available after saving the integration. If you change the API key, it will no longer be valid, requiring you to return to the EZ4U environment to obtain the key.
This change will provide greater security for your account, as it will not be possible to view the integration data.
Steps:
1 - Access the guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, go to Settings > Integrations > SMS > EZ4U.
3 - On the Detail tab, enter:

Username: your account username copied in the previous step;

API Key: your API key obtained in step 1 - item 3;

Active: switch the button to the on position.
4 - Click Send.
To confirm that the integration is active, you should see a notice in the upper right corner.
