Subscriptions managed by Guru are automatically listed in the Dashboardsarea, Dashboards - External Subscriptions section.
To find the external subscriptions dashboard in a list with many records, you can search and filter by period, update your dashboard, and also export to PDF.

How to filter External Subscriptions Dashboards
You can use the dashboard filters to view a smaller subset of existing subscriptions. This feature is useful for finding subscriptions for specific products you want to view.
By default, only records from the last 28 days will be displayed. To change the period, you can use the filters in the fields by selecting a specific product.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, access Dashboards.
3 - In External Subscriptions Dashboards, click on Filters.
4 - Fill in one or more filter options:

Products: searches for subscriptions linked to the selected product(s) - products with at least one registered subscription will be displayed.
5 - Click on Filter.
To remove the applied filters, just click on Clear Filters.
Update External Subscriptions Dashboards
In this step, you can update the External Subscriptions Dashboard.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, access Dashboards.
3 - In External Subscriptions Dashboards, click on Refresh.
After clicking update, the page will load and then appear updated.
Export External Subscriptions Dashboards to PDF
Pdf export is available in the Guru dashboards section. When you click export, a PDF file of the dashboards will be generated.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, access Dashboards.
3 - In External Subscriptions Dashboards, click on PDF.
4 - After a few minutes, the PDF Download to save will appear.
To confirm the download, you should see a notification in the top right corner.
