E-ticket Dashboards

In this panel, you have indicators, graphs, and performance metrics automatically generated as e-tickets are registered on the platform or change status.

Here, you can get clear and precise answers to the following questions:

  • What is the percentage of Tickets Sold or Assigned in a specific period?

  • What is the percentage of Tickets Sold/Assigned versus Available Tickets and Check-ins performed?

  • What is the number of tickets in each lifecycle status: Total Tickets, Assigned, and Checked-in (used)?

  • How many tickets are with status Open and should be assigned to engage participation in the event?

How to access

You access your e-ticket metrics through the Dashboardsmenu, “E-tickets” option in the selector at the top left corner of the displayed page.

The panel information is always available(1) from the moment you register the first completed sale. When accessing the dashboard, you will, by default, view the results of e-tickets, which are associated with a product group and the option Group for event management (E-tickets). It will be necessary to apply the filter to view an existing product group, linked to the selected products.

Tip: use the insights obtained in the E-tickets Dashboard to make strategic decisions for your business.

(1) Some dashboard information is only updated after we receive notification from the payment processor, plus there is a 5-minute cache for updates.
