Subscriptions managed by Guru are automatically listed in the Dashboards area, Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards section.
To find the subscriptions Trials dashboard in a list with many records, you can search and filter by period, refresh your dashboard, and also export to PDF.

How to filter Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards
You can use dashboard filters to view a smaller subset of existing subscriptions. This feature is useful for finding subscriptions for specific products you want to view.
By default, only records from the last 28 days will be displayed. To change the period, you can use the field filters by selecting the period or a specific product.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, go to Dashboards.
3 - Under Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards, click Filters.
4 - Fill in one or more filter options:

Period: searches for subscriptions made within the selected period - you can use the predefined time range buttons or select the date you want to view;

Products: searches for subscriptions linked to the selected product(s) - products that have at least one registered subscription will be displayed;

Duration (days): searches for subscriptions with a duration in days corresponding to the entered value(s);

Cycle: searches for subscriptions with a cycle corresponding to the entered value(s);

Payment Methods: searches for subscriptions with the selected payment method(s) - you can select more than one status for filtering.
5 - Click Filter.
To remove applied filters, simply click Clean Filters.
Manage Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards filters
You can check the number of applied filters when using filters to view the information you want. This feature is useful if you want to check how many filters were applied.
In addition, you can clear filters without accessing the Filters icon again, making it easier to remove applied filters.
Check applied filters
You can check the number of applied filters.
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Dashboards, click Subscriptions and then Trials. After the page loads, the dashboard will be displayed.
2 - Under Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards, click Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to check.
4 - Next, the number of applied filters will appear on the screen.
If you want to apply other filters, click How to filter Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards.
Clean applied filters
You can remove applied filters without needing to click the filters icon.
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Dashboards, click Subscriptions and then Trials. After the page loads, the dashboard will be displayed.
2 - Under Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards, click Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to check.
If you want to apply other filters, click How to filter Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards.
Refresh Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards
In this step, you can refresh the Subscriptions - Trial Dashboard.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, go to Dashboards.
3 - Under Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards, click Refresh.
After clicking refresh, the page will load and then appear updated.
Export Subscriptions - Trials Dashboards to PDF
Exporting to PDF is available in the Guru dashboards section. When you click export, a PDF file of the dashboards will be generated.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, go to Dashboards.
3 - Under Subscriptions Dashboards - Trials, click on PDF.
4 - After a few minutes, the PDF Download to save will appear.
To confirm the download, you should see a notice in the top right corner.
