The Tickets (e-tickets) registered in Guru can assume some states (statuses) depending on the sale, and the management of tickets, such as payment confirmation, event check-in, ticket validity, and eventual cancellations or refunds.
The efficiente ticket management in Guru ensures access control to the event and the organization of information about participants. It is important to monitor the different ticket statuses to ensure a good experience for participants and avoid problems on the day of the event.
Tip: if you wish, you can filter tickets by status.
