By integrating your Arpoone account, you can automatically send messages to your customers according to the sale status.
To enable the integration, you need to create an Arpoone account, enter the credentials in Guru, request a custom sender in your account, and then define the sale status rules for sending messages.

Before you begin, you need to:

Have an Arpoone account.

Have a custom sender created and approved in Arpoone.

Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.
Step 1: Create a custom sender in Arpoone
In this step, you will request the creation of a custom sender in your Arpoone account.
Steps:
1 - Log in to your account with your username and password at Arpoone.
2 - Under My Profile, click on Settings.
3 - In Settings, click on Senders.
4 - Next, in Senders, click on SMS Senders.
5 - Click on New Sender.
6 - Next, provide:

Alphanumeric: select if you want your sender to be alphanumeric;

Numeric: select if you want your sender to be in number format.
7 - Under Sender, enter:

Name/Number: the sender's name or number according to the option selected in the previous step;

Update file: the document file with proof of identity as requested.
8 - Then, Accept the terms and conditions.
9 - Click on Submit Sender.
You need to wait for the sender to be created by Arpoone to activate the integration.
Step 2: Obtain API Credentials
In this step, you will obtain the API Token credentials and Organization ID from your Arpoone account.
Steps:
1 - Log in to your account with your username and password at Arpoone.
2 - Under My Profile, click on Settings.
3 - Click on User Settings and then click on API Key.
4 - Copy and store the API Key and the Organization ID.
Step 3: Activate Integration with Arpoone
In this step, you will enter your Arpoone account credentials in Guru.
The API Key/Token will no longer be available after saving the integration. If you change the API key, it will no longer be valid, requiring you to return to the Arpoone environment to obtain the key.
This change will bring greater security to your account, as the integration data will no longer be viewable.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, go to Settings > Integrations > SMS > Arpoone.
3 - On the Detail tab, enter:

Account Token: obtained in step 2 - item 4;

Organization ID: obtained in step 2 - item 4;

Sender: custom sender created in step 1 - item 7;

Active: switch the toggle to the on position.
4 - Click on Send.
To confirm that the integration is active, you should see a notification in the top right corner.
