Product and Producer Identification Information

In this section, you will find information about the product ID, producer ID, product name, producer name, and the name of the group to which the product is associated.

Available data includes:

1. Product ID:

   1. is the unique identifier of the product and indicates the link of the transaction to the specific product in your product list.

2. Product Name:

   1. the name of the product purchased in the transaction - provides quick and clear identification of what was sold, facilitating report reading and internal communication.

3. Producer ID:

   1. the unique identification code of the producer's account or the person responsible for the product.

4. Producer Name:

   1. indicates the name of the producer responsible for the product.

5. Group Name:

   1. the name of the group to which the product is associated - allows organizing sales by niches or item types.

6. Used in Trackings:

   1. indicates whether the product has active tracking for sending data to marketing tools and conversion analysis.

Marketplace Data

In this section, you will find the name and identification ID of your marketplace. This data helps in quickly locating your account and organizing your sales.

The data is:

1. Marketplace Name:

   1. the name of the sales platform or payment gateway that processed the transaction - visually identifies the transaction's origin channel.

2. Marketplace ID:

   1. the unique identifier code of the marketplace that processed the transaction.

This information aids in quick identification, ensures accuracy in API integrations, and facilitates financial organization if you manage multiple operations.

Product Management

In Stock Quantity and Available Stock, you have access to information about the total quantity reported for a given product and, in available stock, information about the quantity present in stock that can be sold.

The data is:

• Stock Quantity: refers to the total volume of items you reported owning - such as, for example, 100 units;

• Stock Available: represents the actual balance of items that can still be sold - Guru calculates this value by automatically subtracting approved sales from the total stock.

This distinction allows you to scale your sales securely, ensuring that the system never sells more than you have available, informing the exact moment to replenish your stock to avoid interrupting your revenue and operations.

Product Status

In the Visibility section, you manage whether the product is active and available to process sales. This tool is ideal for managing the lifecycle of your products, allowing you to activate or deactivate sales with just one click, without losing the item's settings.

The data includes:

• Visibility: indicates that the product has not been hidden and is active for sale - this means the product is visible for sale.

This data is fundamental to ensure that products with higher sales volume remain accessible, allowing rigorous control over which offers are available for conversion.
