This indicator consolidates information that allows you to:

  • View the gross revenue generated by converted sales in the period, offering a direct view of the financial outcome;

Use the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard filters to access information for the specific period you wish to view.

– What does Sales Count mean in the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard?

In the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard, the sales count indicates the total volume of transactions that converted within the selected period.

This indicator is presented as follows:

  • Sales: total transactions actually completed (approved or finalized) in the filtered period - by default, the dashboard displays data from the last 28 days, but you can use preset time range buttons or select the date you want to view;

  • Tracked: number of sales originating from tracking links (P.P.C.T.), allowing these conversions to be associated with monitored campaigns, ads, or channels;

  • UNTRACKED: sales that converted without a link to Guru tracking links, such as direct visits, organic traffic, or other unidentified sources.

Unlike more analytical dashboards, P.P.C.T. Summary prioritizes a macro view, consolidating tracked and untracked sales to facilitate understanding overall business performance and the global impact of traffic strategies on conversion volume.

– Why do sales values include untracked data?

The P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard includes tracked and untracked data to offer a high-level view of your business's financial health - to do this, it consolidates all revenue, including sales that did not pass through tracking links, such as direct visits or external integrations.

This panel was created to show total revenue and sales volume, allowing you to compare what came from measurable campaigns against what was generated by organic or unidentified sources.

Some reasons for this inclusion are:

  • Overall ROI Calculation: for overall ROI to reflect cash reality, the system cross-references all traffic investment with all revenue generated, regardless of tracking;

  • Technical limitations of external platforms: some traffic sources may not properly pass the URL or source parameters, preventing the sale from being associated with a specific P.P.C.T. ; and

  • Financial data integrity: by recording these conversions as untracked, Guru avoids underestimating total business revenue.

To facilitate analysis, the dashboard visually distinguishes tracked sales from untracked sales, allowing you to quickly identify the source (or lack thereof) for each transaction.

In the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard, total tracked and untracked data are displayed in sales, sales count, traffic , and traffic sources.

– What does the total leads metric represent?

The total leads metric in the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard presents an overview of contact acquisition for your business in the selected period, consolidating tracked leads and untracked leads.

This metric consists of three breakdown components:

  • General: displays the total leads identified in the period, combining tracked and untracked;

  • New: displays leads that entered the base for the first time in the selected time interval;

  • Existing: displays leads that were already in the base and performed a new interaction in the selected time interval.

Use the filters in the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard to access information for the specific period you wish to view.

For a more detailed analysis, the same data can be viewed separately in the tracked leads and untracked leads.sections.

– Why do total leads include untracked leads?

In the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard, total leads include tracked leads and untracked leads to offer a macro and consolidated view, reflecting the actual traction of your business.

These metrics are useful for:

  • Total traction view: by gathering tracked leads and untracked leads, the dashboard allows comparing the contribution of measurable campaigns with the impact of organic or direct traffic on base growth;

  • Business health assessment: consolidation ensures that the analysis considers the entire funnel, avoiding decisions based on only a portion of the available data;

  • External tracking limitations: by including information from untrackedads, the system ensures accounting for leads from platforms that may conceal source information;

  • Analysis by maturity: classifying new and existing leads, even without tracking, allows evaluating the effectiveness of acquisition and base reactivation during the period.

For a more specific reading by source, you can view the data separately in the tracked leads and untracked leads.sections.

Tracked Leads

Clear up your questions about tracked leads and understand how they help you analyze contacts whose origin was identified through tracking setups configured in Guru, offering greater clarity on acquisition channel performance.

– What characterizes a tracked lead?

The tracked leads are those captured through P.P.C.T. links or integrated forms with active tracking, allowing precise identification of their origin.

In the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard, tracked leads are organized into general, new, and existing metrics to facilitate acquisition analysis for the selected period.

For the data to be displayed correctly, it is necessary to create an P.P.C.T. according to the tracking objective (capture, checkout, leads , or sales), providing the product and corresponding destination URL. After creation, a promotional URL is generated, which must be used in ads or purchase buttons.

Use the filters in the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard to access information for the specific period you wish to view.

– What is the advantage of analyzing only tracked leads?

Analyzing only tracked leads allows precise attribution of results, as these leads are directly linked to P.P.C.T. links. or integrated forms with active tracking.

The main advantages of this analysis are:

Therefore, analyzing tracked leads is recommended for campaign optimization and decision-making based on measurable performance.

You can export data from the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard for a detailed analysis of tracked leads in the desired period.

Untracked Leads

Understand the metrics displayed in untracked leads, that is, leads generated without a link to active tracking, offering visibility into contacts whose origin was not identified by P.P.C.T.

– What are untracked leads?

An untracked lead is a contact identified by the system that has no link to P.P.C.T. links or parameterized Guru capture forms.

These leads can originate from:

  • Organic or direct traffic: visits coming from natural searches, direct URL typing, or other sources without the use of tracked links;

  • External platform limitations: in some cases, ad platforms do not provide the destination URL, preventing the association of the lead with specific tracking.

Even without campaign attribution, untracked leads are included in the total leads metric to represent overall operational traction and enable correct calculation of Overall ROI.

– Why is it important to track untracked leads?

Metrics for untracked leads represent a real and relevant portion of your business traction that is not tied to specific campaigns, but directly impacts results.

In the P.P.C.T. Summary Dashboard, this tracking helps you:

  • Understand the real acquisition volume: you see the entire lead intake flow, including contacts generated outside tracked campaigns - avoiding partial analyses of base growth;

  • Evaluate the strength of unpaid channels: considers leads coming from organic traffic, direct access, or unparameterized shares - allowing you to measure the relevance of these sources;

  • Improve overall metrics: contributes to more accurate readings of growth, reach, and scale of operations, especially in consolidated analyses;

  • Identify tracking gaps: a high volume of untracked leads may signal parameter issues, for example - which can guide adjustments to improve campaign attribution.

Monitoring this volume helps identify opportunities for improvement in the tracking structure and increase visibility into lead sources, which is why untracked leads are essential for evaluating overall funnel health.

Traffic Sources
