D4Sign is a Brazilian electronic signature platform that allows the management and signing of digital contracts. Through it, it is possible to generate contracts from templates and manage signature automation.
The integration between Guru and D4Sign helps you to:

Automate contract generation and signatures, according to approved sales or subscription activation.
To generate contracts in D4Sign, you must perform configurations on both the Guru side and the D4Sign side.

Integration and Configuration
To activate the integration, you need to provide the D4Sign API credentials (Token, Encryption Key, and HMAC Secret Key) and select the vault where documents will be stored. Next, you must link a product in Guru to a contract template in D4Sign and map the sale or subscription fields to fill in the contract.
You activate the integration with D4Sign in the Settings » Integrations » Contracts » D4Sign. section.
Once the integration is active and configured on both sides, Guru sends information to D4Sign every time a sale is approved or a subscription is activated.
How D4Sign works
When the sale is approved or the subscription is activated, Guru automatically executes the following sequence in D4Sign:

Generates the document in the selected vault, from the template linked to the product, replacing template variables with mapped values;

Registers the signatory, using the buyer's name and email provided at checkout;

Registers the webhook that returns the signature progress to Guru; and
-
Sends the document for signature - D4Sign notifies the signatory by email.
Progress is visible when accessing the sale or subscription details on the Contracts tab, under the D4Sign field, which displays the envelope identifier and the date the contract was completed.
Sending each contract is done only once. If the document has already been generated for that sale or subscription, Guru will not generate a new one or resend the existing one.
