Managing contract access in the D4Sign area is done automatically. You can send sale/subscription data to D4Sign, which will be used to dynamically fill out the contract. For example, you can automatically fill in the buyer's or subscriber's name, present at checkout, in the D4Sign contract.
The buyer's name and email fields are already automatically filled in by Guru. You will need to map the remaining fields you want to use.

View the list of Mapped fields
By default, the list of mappings is organized by creation date (from newest to oldest). For faster page loading, only the first records are displayed. If you want to view the remaining items in the list, you can scroll down the page and click on See more in the bottom center of the screen.
Steps:
1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, go to Settings > Integrations > Contracts > D4Sign.
3 - Click on Additional Settings and then on Field Mapping.
4 - According to the mapping you wish to perform, select Subscriptions or Sales. Example: if you sell a subscription product, select the Subscriptions option.
5 - The list displays the following information:
-
Subscription/transaction (sales) field: the subscription/sale field you wish to send to the contract;
-
Template: the template created in D4Sign;
-
Field D4Sign: the field where the sent value should be saved.
Update Field Mapping
Once created, it is possible to update a field mapping. This feature is useful when you need to change the sending rule for a field in D4Sign.
When updating the mapping, Guru will assume the new access/block rule for the field.
Steps:
1 – In the listing, locate the desired product and click on it.
2 – Enter:
-
Subscription/transaction (sales) field: select the subscription/sale field you wish to send to the contract;
-
Template: select the template created in D4Sign;
-
D4Sign Field: select the field where the sent value should be saved.
3 – Click on Send.
A message will be displayed indicating that the mapping was updated successfully.
Delete Field Mapping
Once created, it is possible to remove a product mapping. This feature is useful when you no longer want to send a specific sale and subscription field to a contract.
Steps:
1 – In the listing, locate the desired mapping and click the corresponding Remove button.
2 - Confirm if you want to proceed with the deletion. To confirm that the field has been deleted, a message will be displayed for a few seconds at the top right of the page.
From this moment on, Guru will stop sending the removed field to fill out the contract in D4Sign.
View Audit
As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed in the field mapping, identifying user, date/time of the operation, and other details.
Steps:
1 - Access Settings > Integrations > Contracts > D4Sign.
2 - Click on Additional Settings and then on Field Mapping.
3 - Click on the Audit tab.
4 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).
5 - If you wish, you can view the details of the activity by clicking on its title.
6 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:
View Audit filters
You can use filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.
By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period field.
Steps:
1 - Access Settings > Integrations > Contracts > D4Sign.
2 - Click on Additional Settings and then on Field Mapping.
3 - Click on the Audit tab.
4 - In Audit, click on Filters.
5 - Fill out one or more filter options:
-
Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the pre-defined time interval buttons or select the date you wish to view.
6 - Click on Filter.
You can view the number of applied filters and, when using them, you can clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, making selection removal easier.
