The contract management and sending in the DocuSign area is done automatically. When the sale is approved or the subscription is activated, Guru sends information to DocuSign, which generates a contract with the received data and sends an email requesting the client's signature.
it is necessary to link the Guru product with the contract template in DocuSign. This configuration is done through Product Mapping.

Map the product to a template in DocuSign
Add a product mapping to link the contract (template) in DocuSign.
Before configuring Guru to manage access to a contract in DocuSign, you need to:

Have a registered product in Guru.

Have a contract template created in DocuSign.

Have a
Role = customer*in the template recipient settings. -
Have an active integration with DocuSign.

Steps:
1 - Access the guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, go to Settings > Integrations > Contracts > DocuSign.
3 - Click on Additional Settings and then on Products Mapping.
4 - According to the mapping you want to perform, select Subscriptions or Sales. Example: if you sell a subscription product, select the Subscriptions option.
5 - Then, click on Add Mapping.
6 - Enter:

Products (Guru): select the product in Guru that corresponds to the contract in DocuSign;

Template: select the template created in DocuSign(1);
(1) the template must be configured on the DocuSign side with the recipient having Role = Customer, and all fields within the template must be linked to this role of the contracting party.
7 - Click on Send.
To confirm that the mapping was created successfully, you should see a notification in the upper right corner.
8 - Repeat steps 4 to 7 for each mapping you wish to perform.
Consult the list of Mappings
By default, the list of mappings is organized by creation date (from newest to oldest). For faster page loading, only the first records are displayed. If you want to view the other items in the list, you can scroll to the end of the page and click on View more in the bottom center of the screen.
Steps:

Products (Guru): product in Guru that corresponds to the contract in DocuSign;

Template: template created in DocuSign.
Update Product Mapping
Once created, it is possible to update a product mapping. This feature is useful when you need to change the management rule of a template in Docu. Sign.
When updating the mapping, Guru starts to assume the new contract model (template).
Steps:
1 - In the listing, locate the desired product and click on it.
2 – Enter:

Products (Guru): product in Guru that corresponds to the contract in DocuSign;

Template: template created in DocuSign.
3 - Click on Send.
A message will be displayed indicating that the mapping has been successfully updated.
Duplicate Product Mapping
Once created, it is possible to duplicate a product mapping. This feature is useful when you want to create a new product mapping, based on an existing mapping.
Steps:
1 - Access the guru admin with your username and password.
2 - In the side menu, go to Settings > Integrations > Contracts > DocuSign.
3 - Click on Additional Settings and then on Products Mapping.
4 - According to the mapping you want to perform, select Subscriptions or Sales. Example: if you sell a subscription product, select the Subscriptions option.
5 - Then, click on Duplicate.
6 - Enter:

Source Products (Guru): select the source product from which the configurations will be copied;
-
Destination product: select the product that will retain the same configurations as the source product.
7 – Click on Send.
A message will be displayed indicating that the mapping was successfully duplicated.
Delete Product Mapping
Once created, it is possible to remove a product mapping. This feature is useful when you no longer want to generate a contract in DocuSign when a product sale or subscription occurs in Guru.
Steps:
1 – In the listing, locate the desired mapping and click the Remove button corresponding to it.
2 - Confirm if you want to perform the deletion. To confirm that the product has been deleted, a message will be displayed for a few seconds in the top right corner of the page.
From this moment on, Guru will no longer generate the contract in DocuSign even if a sale or subscription of the product in question occurs.
Consult Audit
As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed in product mapping, identifying user, date/time of operation, and other details.
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Settings > Integrations > Contracts > DocuSign.
2 - Click on Additional Settings and then on Products Mapping.
3 - Click on the Audit tab.
4 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).
5 - If desired, you can view the activity details by clicking on its title.
6 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:
Consult Audit filters
You can use the filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.
By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period.field.
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Settings > Integrations > Contracts > DocuSign.
2 - Click on Additional Settings and then on Products Mapping.
3 - Click on the Audit tab.
4 - In Audit, click on Filters.
5 - Fill in one or more filter options:

Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time range buttons or select the date you want to view;
5 - Click on Filter.
You can view the number of applied filters, and by using them, you can clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of the selection.
