Producer Information

The producers' information section displays details such as personal data, products associated with the producer, among other information.

Detail

In the Detail section, you can edit the producer's basic information – name, detail, and the marketplace to which they are linked.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of producers - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on Detail.

3 - The following information will appear in the listing:

  1. Name: registered producer's name;

  2. Document: registered producer's document;

  3. Marketplace: marketplace to which the producer is linked;

  4. Created At: producer creation date;

  5. Updated At: producer last update.

Contact

In the Contact section, you can view the producer's basic information, such as name, email, document, and full address.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of producers - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on Contact.

3 - The following information will appear in the listing:

  1. Contact: producer's name, email, and document;

  2. Address: producer's full address.

Products

In the Products section, you can view the products linked to the selected producer.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of producers - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on Products.

3 - All products belonging to that producer will appear in the listing, organized by name, code and marketplace.

  1. Name: product name;

  2. Code: product code;

  3. Marketplace: marketplace to which the product is linked.

Audit

As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed in the integration, identifying the user, date/time of the operation, and other details.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of producers - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on Audit.

3 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).

4 - If desired, you can view the activity details by clicking on its title.

5 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:

Detail

Displays detailed information about the activity in question.

  1. ID: identification number (ID) of the update;

  2. Type of change made;

  3. Created on: activity registration date.

User

Displays information about the user who performed the action.

  1. Name: name and email of the user who performed the operation;

  2. Impersonated by: name and email of who impersonated the operation.

Infrastructure

Displays infrastructure information (country, IP, user agent…) related to the activity.

  1. Country, Region, City, Latitude & Longitude: location of the device that performed the activity.

  2. IP: device's IP address.

  3. User Agent: identification of the user agent that performed the operation.

How to filter the Audit list

You can use filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.

By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period field.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of producers - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on Audit.

3 - In Audit, click on Filters.

4 - Fill in one or more filter options:

  1. Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time range buttons or select the date you want to view.

5 - Click on Filter.

You can view the number of applied filters, and by using them, you can clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, making it easier to remove the selection.
