Producer Information
In the Producers section, you can consult the producer's basic information, such as name, address, and contact details, in addition to checking which marketplace they are linked to. You will also be able to view which products are linked to that producer.
- What producer data do I have access to in Guru?
In the producer registration, you have access to the main information that identifies the partner and links them to their products and transactions. You view:

Details: displays the producer's identification data (producer's name and document, and the marketplace to which the producer is linked);

Contact: displays the producer's basic contact information (name, email, document, and full address);

Products: displays the products linked to the producer (product name and code, and the marketplace to which it is linked);

Audit: displays the history of operations performed on the producer's account.
This information allows you to monitor the relationship with the producer and manage commercial activities with transparency.
To access the Producerssection, go to Settings in the Guru admin and then click on Producers.

Producer Settings
In this section, you will see how registrations are maintained, updated, and managed within Guru, in addition to understanding how to create, edit, or delete records.
- How to register a producer in Guru?
You can add a producer manually. To do this, you must access Settings in the Guru admin and then, in the Producerssection, click on add producer.
- How is producer registration managed in Guru?
You can manage your registered producers in the Guru admin - to do this, you must access Settings in the Guru admin and then click on Producers.
In this admin section, it is possible to:

Add producer: manually add a producer;

Remove producer: delete a producer's record, provided they have no associated sales;

Consult producer list: view the list of producers, including the name, document, and marketplace of each registered producer;

View producer details: select a producer from the producer list and access the producer information, where you view basic information and contact, products linked to the producer, and audit;

Filter producer list: filter the list of producers by name, document, or marketplace, in addition to managing producer filters to check applied filters and remove them.
- Is it possible to edit the information of an already registered producer?
No. It is not possible to edit the information of an already registered producer. In contrast, you can create a new producer and replace the existing producer.
If necessary, you can remove a producer's registration .*
*it is possible to remove a producer if they have no associated sales. If the registration is associated with any transaction, deletion will not be possible.
- Can I delete a registered producer from the platform?
It is possible to remove a producer if there are no sales or affiliations linked in the registration history. To do this, access Settings in the Guru admin and then, in the Producerssection, click on remove producer (trash can icon).
The trash can icon for producer removal will only be displayed if the producer has no associated sales. If the registration is associated with any transaction, deletion will not be possible.
- Are registrations automatically updated by external integrations?
Yes. When there are active integrations with other platforms (such as checkout, email marketing, or CRM), registration data is automatically updated according to the information received.
