The contacts registered in Guru are automatically listed in the Contacts section.
To find contacts in a list with many records, you can search and filter the list.

Have one or more contacts registered in Guru.
View the contact list
By default, the contact list is organized alphabetically (A → Z), according to the Name. Column. For faster page loading, only the first 30 records are displayed. If you want to view the other items in the list, you can scroll to the end of the page and click on View more at the bottom center of the screen.
The list displays the following information:

Name: full name of the contact;

Email: contact email;
-
Mobile: contact's mobile number;

Document: identification document number.
View a contact's data
You can view1 all contact information or modify1 some contact data.
(1) you need permission to perform these actions.
Steps:
1 - Access the contact list - if desired, you can apply a filter.
2 - Locate the desired contact in the list.
3 - Click on the desired contact.
4 - Consult the contact information.
How to filter the contact list
You can use filters to view a smaller subset of existing contacts. This feature is useful for finding specific contacts you want to view.
By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period.field.
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Contacts. After the page loads, a list with all contacts will be displayed.
2 - In Contacts, click on Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options:

Period: searches for contacts registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time range buttons or select the date you want to view;

Name: searches for contacts whose name matches the informed value - if desired, you can enter only part of the name. Ex.: the first 2 letters;

Email: searches for contacts whose email matches the informed value;

Document: searches for contacts whose document matches the informed value - if desired, you can enter only part of the document number;

Types: searches for contacts of the selected type(s) ;

Contact Groups: searches for contact groups to which the contact is linked;

Minimum Quantity of valid sales(1): searches for contacts with at least the defined number of valid sales - e.g.: 2 - searches for contacts with at least 2 valid sales;

Period(1) of valid sales: searches for contacts associated with sales made in the informed period (the field checked in the sale corresponds to the option selected in Filter by Date) - if you want to filter all contacts regardless of the sale date, just leave this field empty.
(1) To filter contacts by a specific period, you must fill in the Minimum quantity and Period fields.
If you add more than one filter, only contacts that meet all the informed conditions will be displayed.
4 - Click on Filter.
To remove the applied filters, just click on Clean Filters.
Manage contact filters
You can check the number of applied filters when using filters to view desired information. This feature is useful if you want to check how many filters have been applied.
In addition, it is possible to clear the filters without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of applied filters.

Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Contacts. After the page loads, a list with all contacts will be displayed.
2 - In Contacts, click on Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.
4 – Then, the number of applied filters will appear on the screen.
If you want to apply other filters, click How to filter the contact list.
Clen applied filters
You can remove the applied filters without needing to click on the filters icon.
Steps:
1 - In the side menu, go to Contacts. After the page loads, a list with all contacts will be displayed.
2 - In Contacts, click on Filters.
3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.
4 – Then, click on Clean Filters.
If you want to apply other filters, click How to filter the contact list.
