Find Block List

The blocklists registered in Guru are automatically listed. To find information in a list with many records, you can search and filter the list.

Before you start, you need…

  • Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.

  • Have a blocklist registered in Guru.

Consult the block list

By default, the blocklist is organized by update date (from newest to oldest). For faster page loading, only the first 30 records are displayed. If you want to view the other items on the list, you can scroll to the end of the page and click on See more at the bottom center of the screen.

The list displays the following information:

  1. Type: displays the type of block you want to add - via document, email or IP;

  2. Value: displays the value for the block type - for example, document block, enter the document number you want to add to the block list;

  3. Created at: block creation date.

View block data

You can view1 all block list information or modify1 a block (edit, remove, etc.).

(1) you must have permission to perform these actions.

Steps:

1 - Access the block list - if you wish you can apply a filter.

2 - Locate the desired block in the list.

3 - Click on the desired block in the list.

4 - Consult the block list information.

How to filter the Block List

You can use filters to view a smaller subset of existing blocklists. This feature is useful for finding specific blocklists you want to view.

Steps:

1 - Access the blocklist - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Block List, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options:

  1. Type: search by block type - via all, document, email or IP;

  2. Value: the value for the block type - via document, email or IP.

4 - Click on Filter.

To remove the applied filters, just click on Clear Filters.

Manage block filters

You can check the number of filters applied when using filters to view desired information. This feature is useful if you want to check how many filters have been applied.

In addition, it is possible to clear the filters without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of applied filters.

Consult applied filters

You can check the number of applied filters.

Steps:

1 - Access the blocklist - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Block List, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.

4 - Then, the number of applied filters will appear on the screen.

If you want to apply other filters, click How to filter the blocklist.

Clear applied filters

You can remove the applied filters without needing to click the filters icon.

Steps:

1 - Access the blocklist - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In Blocklist, click on Filters.
