Block List Information

You can consult the black list information, as well as manage all changes made.

Before you start, you need to…

  • Be an administrator user or have permission to perform the following actions.

  • Have a black list registered in Guru.

Detail

In the Detail section, you can consult information about the blocking type, the value informed according to the blocking type, and the reason for the block.

Steps:

1 - Access the black list - the black list registration will be displayed.

2 - In the Detail tab, you can edit or view the following information:

  1. Type: the type of block you want to add - block via document, email or IP;

  2. Value: the value for the block type - block via document, enter the document number you want to add to the black list;

  3. Reason: the reason why you want to add to the blacklist.

Remove

it is possible to remove a black list. When you remove a blacklist, the record is permanently removed and cannot be restored.

Steps:

1 - Access the blacklist - the blacklist registration will be displayed.

2 - In the Detail of the desired blacklist, click on Remove.

3 - A confirmation window is displayed. If you wish to proceed with the removal, click Confirm.

Audit

As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed, identifying the user, date/time of the operation, and other details.

Steps:

1 - Access the blacklist - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Audit tab.

3 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).

4 - If desired, you can view the activity detail by clicking on its title.

5 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:

Detail

Displays detailed information about the activity in question.

  1. ID: activity identification code;

  2. Type: type of change made;

  3. Created at: item creation date.

User

Displays information about the user who performed the action.

  1. Name: name of the related user;

  2. Email: email of the related user.

Infrastructure

Displays infrastructure information (country, IP, user agent…) related to the activity.

  1. Country, Region, City, Latitude & Longitude: location of the device that performed the activity;

  2. IP: device IP address;

  3. User Agent: identification of the user agent that performed the operation.

How to filter the Audit list

You can use filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.

By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period field.

Steps:

1 - Access the blacklist - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Audit tab.

3 - In Audit, click on Filters.

4 - Fill in one or more filter options:

  1. Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time interval buttons or select the date you want to view.

5 - Click on Filter.

You can view the number of applied filters and by using them, it will be possible to clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of the selection.
