Find Invoice Reports

Invoices registered in Guru are automatically listed in the section Reports - Invoices.

To find invoices in a list with many records, you can search and filter the list.

Consult the list of Invoice Reports

By default, the invoice list is organized by update date (from newest to oldest), according to the column Started on. For faster page loading, only the first 30 records are displayed. If you want to view the other items in the list, you can scroll to the end of the page and click on View more at the bottom center of the screen.

Steps:

1 - In the side menu, go to Reports and then Invoices.

2 - All invoices will appear in the listing:

  1. Status: displays the current state of the subscription - one of the possible subscription statuses will be displayed;

  2. Invoice code: invoice identification number;

  3. Charged at: charge date;

  4. Type: charge type - can be cycle (activation/renewal), downgrade, upgrade or upsell;

  5. Cycle: subscription cycle number that the invoice (charge) is associated with;

  6. Value: charge amount;

  7. Share link: payment URL link.

View the data of an Invoice Report

You can view1 all invoice information or modify1 an active subscription (cancel, change plan, update payment method, etc.).

(1) you must have permission to perform these actions.

Steps:

1 - Access the invoice list - if desired, you can apply a filter.

2 - Locate the desired invoice in the list.

3 - Click on the desired invoice.

4 - Consult the invoice information.

How to filter the Invoice Report list

You can use the filters to view a subset of the invoice list to be included in your report. This feature is useful for finding reports for one or more specific invoices you want to view.

By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the field Period.

Steps:

1 - In the side menu, go to Reports and then Invoices.

2 - In Invoice Report, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options.

The list displays the following information:

  1. Period: searches for reports from the selected period - you can use the predefined time range buttons or select the date you want to view;

  2. Payment URL1: payment URL link;

  3. Status: current sales status label - one of the possible sales statuses will be displayed;

  4. Type: charge type - can be cycle (activation/renewal), downgrade, upgrade or upsell.

(1) Possibility to search by payment URL, to facilitate the search for the record and consequently the associated subscription.

If you add more than one filter, only invoices that meet all informed conditions will be displayed.

4 - Click on Filter.

To remove the applied filters, just click on Clean Filters.

Manage Invoice Report filters

You can check the number of applied filters when using filters to view desired information. This feature is useful if you want to check how many filters have been applied.

In addition, it is possible to clean the filters without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of applied filters.

Consult applied filters

You can consult the number of applied filters.

Steps:

1 - In the side menu, go to Reports and then Invoices.

2 - In Invoice Report, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.

4 – Then, the number of applied filters will appear on the screen.

If you want to apply other filters, click How to filter the Invoice Reports list.

Clean applied filters

You can remove the applied filters, without the need to click on the filters icon.

Steps:

1 - In the side menu, go to Reports and then Invoices.

2 - In Invoice Report, click on Filters.

3 - Fill in one or more filter options - apply the filters you want to consult.

4 – Then, click on Clean Filters
