Find answers to frequently asked questions about the Invoice Report in Guru. With it, you can view the details of invoices and associated sales, as well as access detailed information when exporting your report.

Invoice report information

In this section, you will see what information you have access to in the Guru Invoice Report section and in the XLS format spreadsheet you get when exporting your report data.

- What information is available in the Invoice Report?

In the invoice reports, you have access to the details and sales information of subscriptions related to invoices.

Details:

In the Details section of the invoice report, you can consult basic subscription information, such as current status, update dates, product, and current cycle. It is also possible to access the options menu to modify the subscription.

Type of charge made (cycle, downgrade, upgrade, or upsell).

Cycle

Subscription cycle number associated with the invoice.

Cycle Start

Start date of the cycle associated with the invoice.

Cycle End

End date of the cycle associated with the invoice.

Charged on

Date the charge was made.

Payment URL

Invoice payment URL.

Tax

Tax amount.

Surcharge

Surcharge amount applied to the charge.

Amount

Charge amount.

Discount

Discount amount applied to the charge.

Created on

Invoice creation date (scheduling).

Updated on

Most recent invoice update date.

Sales:

In the Sales section of the invoice report, you view the list of sales (payment transactions) associated with the invoice.

Status

Label of the current sale status (one of the possible sale statuses).

Code

Sale (transaction) identification code.

Product

Product associated with the subscription in question.

Created on

Transaction (sale) creation date.

Amount

Amount charged.

Payment method

icon indicating the payment method registered for the charge.

You can also view sale data to access all sale information or modify data.

- What information is available when exporting the Invoice Report?

In Guru, invoice and linked contact information is available in XLS file format.

When exporting your report, you view information such as:

Invoice code

Displays the unique invoice identification code.

Subscription code

Displays the unique subscription identification code.

Contact name

Displays the customer/contact name.

Contact email

Displays the customer/contact email.

Contact document

Displays the customer/contact document (CPF/CNPJ, for example).

Invoice type

Displays the invoice type.

Invoice amount

Displays the invoice amount.

User name

Displays the user name.

Useremail

Displays the user email.

- How often is the Invoice Report data updated?

The invoice report in Guru is updated continuously, in real-time.

You can consult your invoice report data, where you can apply filters – the predefined period filter covers the last 28 days, including the query date.

It is also possible to manage filters and consult the desired range.


Filter and export invoice report

In this section, you will see how you can filter invoice report data and manage applied filters, as well as how to export report data.

- How can I filter Invoice Report data?

To filter results and view a subset of the invoice list to be included in your report, you must access the Guru admin and, in the side menu, under Reports, select Invoices to access the Invoice Report.

Then, in the upper right corner of the page, click on Filters. it is possible to filter by period, payment URL, sale status, and charge type.

When using filters to view the desired information, you can also manage the filters applied in the invoice reports. This way, you can check the number of applied filters and clean filters without accessing the Filters icon again, facilitating the removal of applied filters.

- How can I export Invoice Report data?

To export your affiliate report information, you must access the Guru admin and, in the side menu, under Reports, select Invoices to access the Invoice Report. Then, in the upper right corner of the page, click on XLS.

After a few minutes, you will receive a notification in the Guru admin with the download link. Locate the corresponding notification and click on Download*.
