In Guru, you can configure transactional email templates through the admin. To view personalized transactional emails and see a template's data, you can consult the list of transactional emails.

Be an administrator or have permission to perform the following actions.

Have one or more transactional emails registered in Guru.
Consult the list of transactional emails
By default, the list of transactional emails is organized by update date (from newest to oldest). For faster page loading, only the first 30 records are displayed. If you want to view the other items on the list, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and click on See more at the bottom center of the screen.
Steps:
1 - According to the desired email type:
1.1 - about a Subscription: access the menu Settings » Transactional Emails and click on Subscriptions.
1.2 - about E-tickets: access the menu Settings » Transactional Emails and click on E-tickets.
1.3 - in the My Orders area: access the menu Settings » Transactional Emails and click on My Orders.
1.4 - about a Sale: access the menu Settings » Transactional Emails and click on Sales.
2 - The list displays the following information:

Type: displays the status or situation in which the email is triggered;

Subject: displays the email subject.
View the data of a transactional email
You can view1 all the information of a transactional email or modify a transactional email.
(1) Permission is required to perform these actions.
Steps:
1 - According to the desired email type:
1.1 - about a Subscription: access the menu Settings » Transactional Emails and click on Subscriptions.
1.2 - about E-tickets: access the menu Settings » Transactional Emails and click on E-tickets.
1.3 - in the My Orders area: access the menu Settings » Transactional Emails and click on My Orders.
1.4 - about a Sale: access the menu Settings » Transactional Emails and click on Sales.
2 - Locate the desired transactional email in the list.
3 - Click on the desired transactional email.
4 - Consult the transactional email information.
