Deactivation Webhook Information

You can consult the activities associated with deactivation webhooks, as well as manage all changes made and related data.

For your security and control, all changes are recorded and can be consulted in the “Audit”.

Detail

In the Detail section, you can edit or view information such as name, URL, simultaneous sends.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of deactivation webhooks - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - In the Detail tab, you can edit or view the following information:

1. Name: your webhook's name;

2. URL: URL configured to receive notification if any webhook is automatically deactivated by the system;

3. Simultaneous Sends: maximum number of simultaneous sends that Guru should perform - indicate an appropriate value to avoid overloading the destination server;

4. Active: switch the button to the on position.

Activities

As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all webhook data sends performed, identifying user, date/time of operation, and other details. You can consult this information at any time.

Steps:

1 - Access the list of deactivation webhooks - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Activities tab.

3 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).

4 - If desired, you can view the activity detail by clicking on its title.

5 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:

Detail

Displays detailed information about the activity in question.

1. ID: update identification number (ID);

2. Type of change made;

3. JSON¹: event data in JSON format - when applicable;

4. Queued at: date the webhook was queued;

5. Started at: activity start date;

6. Finished at: activity end date;

7. Created at: activity registration date.

(1) Displayed only for events that pass through Guru's processing queue.

How to filter the Activities list

You can use the filters to view a smaller subset of existing activities. This feature is useful for finding specific activities you want to view.

Steps:

1 - Access the Guru admin with your username and password.

2 - In the side menu, click on Settings and then Webhooks.

3 - Under Webhooks, click on Webhook Deactivation.

4 - Then, click on the Deactivation Webhook you want.

5 - Click on the Activities tab.

6 - Under Activities, click on Filters.

7 - Fill in one or more filter options:

1. Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time interval buttons or select the date you want to view;

8 - Click on Filter.

Audit

As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed, identifying user, date/time of operation, and other details. You can consult the history of changes made to a webhook at any time.

How to filter the Audit list
