Lead Information

The Lead Information section displays the lead's details – name, email, document, cell phone, and address, the lead's activities, and the audit.

Detail

In the Detail section, you can view the lead's data, such as name, capture date, and advertiser. Additionally, it displays information from the lead's first and last captures.

Steps:

1 - Select the desired lead - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Detail tab.

First Capture

The following information is available:

  1. Name: displays the form name of the first capture;

  2. Captured At: displays the date of the lead's first capture;

  3. Publisher: displays the lead's publisher;

  4. UTM Campaign: value of the UTM Campaign parameter passed in the link;

  5. UTM Medium: value of the UTM Medium parameter passed in the link;

  6. UTM Term: value of the UTM Term parameter passed in the link;

  7. UTM Content: value of the UTM Content parameter passed in the link.

Last Capture

The following information is available:

  1. Name: displays the form name of the last capture;

  2. Captured At: displays the date of the first capture of the lead;

  3. Publisher: displays the lead's publisher;

  4. UTM Campaign: value of the UTM Campaign parameter passed in the link;

  5. UTM Medium: value of the UTM Medium parameter passed in the link;

  6. UTM Term: value of the UTM Term parameter passed in the link;

  7. UTM Content: value of the UTM Content parameter passed in the link.

Contact and address

In the Contact and address section, you can view the lead's details – name, email, document, cell phone, and address. 

Steps:

1 - Select the desired lead - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Contact tab.

Contact

The following information is available:

  1. Name: full name of the contact;

  2. Email: contact email;

  3. Phone: country code, city code (if applicable), and contact's cell phone number;

  4. Document: identification document number.

Address

The following information is available:

  1. Country: contact's country of residence;

  2. Street: contact's street of residence;

  3. Number: contact's door number;

  4. Complement: address complement;

  5. District: contact's district of residence;

  6. City: contact's city of residence;

  7. State: contact's state of residence;

  8. ZIP Code: contact’s Postal Code.

Activities

In the Activities section, you can view the lead's interaction history over time(1)  – clicks on tracking and eventual sales made.

Steps:

1 - Select the desired lead - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Activities tab.

3 - The following information is available:

(1) Interactions are displayed from oldest to newest (bottom to top).

Audit

As a security measure, Guru stores a history of all operations performed in the integration, identifying user, date/time of operation, and other details.

Steps:

1 - Select the desired lead - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Audit tab.

1 - Activities are displayed in a timeline (from most recent to oldest).

2 - If desired, you can view the activity details by clicking on its title.

3 - Click on one of the available sections to view the data:

Detail

Displays the detailed information of the activity in question.

  1. ID: displays the identification number (ID) of the update;

  2. Type: displays the type of change made;

  3. JSON: event data in JSON format - when applicable;

  4. Queued on: displays the date the lead was queued;

  5. Started on: displays the date the lead was started.

How to filter the Audit list

You can use the filters to view a smaller subset of existing audits. This feature is useful for finding specific audits you want to view.

By default, only records from the last 28 days will be shown, but the period can be changed in the filters, in the Period.field.

Steps:

1 - Select the desired lead - a screen with the data will be displayed.

2 - Click on the Audit tab.

3 - In Audit, click on Filters.

4 - Fill in one or more filter options:

  1. Period: searches for audits registered in the selected period - you can use the predefined time range buttons or select the date you want to view.

5 - Click on Filter.

You can view the number of applied filters, and by using them, you can clear them without accessing the Filters icon again, making it easier to remove the selection.
